Senior Sales Valuer

Your ability to win instructions sets you apart, and your confidence in front of clients is matched by your drive to lead and develop others. You have a strong grounding in residential sales and are comfortable valuing across a range of properties and price points. Within this role you will be encouraged and supported to grow — both as a valuer and as a leader — within a highly regarded, independently owned agency with a proud reputation across the South West.

This role will appeal to experienced valuers and senior negotiators who are ready to take on a leadership position and play a genuine part in driving branch growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Valuing and taking instructions on residential properties for sale
• Generating new business opportunities and actively seeking new instructions
• Maintaining high service standards and exceptional client relationships
• Supporting and motivating the wider sales team
• Ensuring office systems and procedures are followed consistently

What we’re looking for

• Proven ability to win instructions and achieve sales targets
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Demonstrable experience within residential estate agency
• Tenacious, goal-oriented, and commercially astute
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner
• Full UK driving licence

• Basic salary £30,000 | Realistic OTE £40,000+
