We are working exclusively with a well-established and respected property media business, embedded within some of the South West’s most recognised agency brands, on two Area Manager positions. This is a confidential search and full details of the client will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

The role

You will lead a team of employed photographers delivering lifestyle photography, video tours, floor plans and property media services to estate agency clients across your territory. Your authority will not come from a camera — it will come from having stood in front of a vendor, understood what they needed, and known instinctively how to present their home to the market in a way that commands attention and drives the best possible outcome.

This is equally a client-facing and team-leadership role. You will be the first point of contact for agency clients when issues arise, and the person your photographers turn to when they need guidance — not just on process, but on what genuinely great property marketing looks like in practice.

What we are looking for

A strong estate agency background — particularly in valuations, listings and the marketing of homes to the highest standard

A creative eye and genuine pride in presentation quality — you know the difference between adequate and exceptional

Natural leadership — the kind that sets the standard and ensures consistency of delivery without needing to micromanage

Commercial awareness — you understand client relationships, brand standards and what it means to protect and grow a book of business

Practically minded — willing to get behind the camera, produce floor plans and walk-throughs, so your coaching comes from genuine experience and not just the training manual

Organised, energetic and tech-curious — ready to become the go-to expert your team and your clients rely on

The package

Basic salary£32,000

OTE £44,000

Company car VW Golf / Audi or similar

Equipment Laptop & phone provided

Working pattern Monday to Friday

Location Home & field based

23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
