An established and highly regarded independent estate agency, based in west Cornwall is seeking a polished and driven Senior Negotiator to join their high-performing team. This is not a typical negotiator role. Designed as a dual Sales & Lettings position, this opportunity offers variety, stability, and the chance to develop into a truly well-rounded property professional. The Role

Operating from a busy, central office, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless service across both sales and lettings:

• Managing clients and transactions from instruction through to completion or move-in
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers with confidence and professionalism
• Building lasting relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants
• Proactively generating new business and identifying opportunities
• Representing the brand with credibility, energy, and attention to detail

About You

• Experience within residential sales and/or lettings is essential
• A genuine ambition to expand your expertise across both disciplines
• A confident communicator with strong negotiation ability
• Professional, well-presented, and commercially aware
• Motivated by success, service, and long-term career progression

The Offering

• £25k Basic Salary [including car allowance]
• Realistic OTE of £36k
• Monday–Friday working with alternate Saturdays (day in lieu provided)
